Did you know that Walkwel hire out Mobility Equipment, such as mobility scooters, wheelchairs (self propelled and transit), and rollators on a daily, weekend, weekly, and monthly basis, with longer term rental available if required?
We also hire out smaller items such as walkers (zimmer frames) on a weekly or monthly basis.
If you need something, but can’t afford to buy it or store it long term, it’s worth asking us the question. If we can help, we will.
Mobility Scooter Hire
A selection of 4mph boot scooters with a range 8-10 miles are available at the following rates:
- £15.00 per day
- £30.00 Friday pm – Monday am
- £45 per week
- £135 per month
Please note that a £200.00 deposit will be required. This deposit is fully refundable on the safe return of the scooter and battery charger.
Wheelchair Hire
We have both self-propelling wheelchairs (with large rear wheels) and attendant-controlled (transit) wheelchairs.
If you are in need of a wheelchair and would like to hire one for short, medium, or long term, then Walkwel are here for you.
- £10.00 per day
- £20.00 Friday pm – Monday am
- £30.00 per week
- £60.00 per month
Please note that a £100.00 deposit will be required. This deposit is fully refundable on the safe return of the appliance.
Zimmer Frame Hire
We have a range of zimmer frames with or without wheels in varying sizes for hire at the following rates:
- £10.00 per week
- £25 per month
